Seh Theh College exists to nurture students academically, socially and spiritually; enabling them to become responsible and disciplined adults, through challenging and energetic education program whereby the students will discover and develop their own potential, be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and characters needed to serve their community
toward a sustainably-developed and peaceful society.
Seh Theh College, formerly known as Seh Theh Learning Center, is born from a community by the community members in Karenni State. Previously located in Demoso town in Karenni State as a secondary education center, it has been providing diplomas in community development and other courses.
Since 2013, Seh Theh college has been providing higher educat
ion opportunities for youths and students with diverse backgrounds from Karenni State and Southern Shan State. After the coup in 2021, the college campus was moved to the Thai-Myanmar border.
Several alumni from Seh Theh College are currently serving their community back by working in a variety of social enterprises, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
Deeku Education Center (DEC) aims to prepare and empower youth from diverse backgrounds, particularly those coming from vulnerable communities including the conflict affected youth such as refugees, IDPs, Migrants communities. 
There is a Preparation course offered by Deeku Education Center to prepare youths in Karenni State for the GED in order that they may open up their options to continue their studies at different universities after they complete their GED.
