Teacher Education play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Karenni education by equipping educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their profession.
This Pre-service Teacher Education module is developed by Seh Theh Foundation in collaboration with Karenni Education Department (KnED) and technically supported by Thinking Classroom Foundation. The module, comprised of (9) catagories, provides teachers with Karenni history and culture, innovative pedagogical techniques, classroom management strategies, and insights into the latest educational trends and technologies.
We believe that this module will foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring that teachers stay updated with the evolving needs of their students and the Karenni education system.
